ABC kicks off Bike Month with new  "I'm on that Bike" billboard

Ronnie Smith of CBS Outdoors high above 10th Street near its intersection with Spring does the honors as ABC, in cooperation with the Governor's Office of Highway Safety, unveils a new "I'm on that Bike" billboard - a worthy addition to our ongoing Share the Road campaign and a fitting kick-off to National Bike Month.

An irate motorist wrote the editor of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution this week with this complaint, Cyclists create road hazard. We got the word out to ABC members, who responded with a torrent of to-the-point rebuttals. Read the original letter and our members' responses to it.

Paris and Washington, D.C. - a tale of two bike-sharing cities

Well, it appears, we can now add Washington, D.C. to the list of cities that we have - the international list of cities offering advanced bicycle sharing programs. How do these two systems compare? More importantly for us, how can Atlanta become part of this growing movement and increase transportation options for its residents and visitors?
