Courteous Mass to become regular monthly event
Courteous Mass Atlanta is now a regular event! Atlanta commuters, recreational cyclists, college students, hipsters, racers, riders, couriers, families with children - the curious and the bored, timid and bold, are all welcome to join the Atlanta Bicycle Campaign and local bicycle advocates and organizers for the monthly Courteous Mass. This ride will take place the 2nd Friday of every month. Read more for ride details:
Riders meet at Woodruff Park in downtown Atlanta at 6 pm on the 2nd Friday of each month. The ride leaves at 6:30 pm.The route varies but is generally fairly short and sweet - 5 to 7 miles in the downtown/intown area.
This ride follows all traffic laws. Cyclists will stop at red light and stop signs, ride two abreast or single file on two lane roads, and will treat all other users of the road with the kind of courtesy and respect that we all deserve.
If you believe in a BALANCED transportation system, come support our advocacy efforts while having a Happy Friday on your bike with your future friends.
