In-kind donations = tax savings for you, budget stretching for ABC

Dear ABC Supporter,

Do you have a stack of legal pads sitting around? Perhaps you're getting a new printer and have some cartridges or paper you no longer need. Or maybe you're updating your business and have display stands that are out of style. At the Atlanta Bicycle Campaign, we may be able to use your extras, provided they're in good working condition and fit our needs.

We especially welcome new items you can help us save valuable donor dollars by providing. Click "Read more" below to view the list of office supplies we need. 

Your donation will result in a tax write-off for you, and it will help us stretch our budget.

On your next trip to the office supply store, think of us and how big the smiles will be on our little faces when you drop off that ream of recycled paper, white board, or box of pens.

Maybe you spend more time in bike shops. We could use a few items from those too!

Finally, we often raffle off prizes to incentive new cyclists, members, or the public to do our wishes (ie, ride bikes more often).Your donation of an amazing or useful prize will go a long way towards getting more people on bikes.

Here are a few things that would make our lives easier, less expensive, or more beautiful. Thanks in advance for thinking of us.

Priorities:

Flatbed Bike Trailer (this would be a huge help!)

Display stands: especially those that would fit business cards, pocket maps, 5x7 postcards, or 4x9 brochures.

Office supplies:

Stamps 

Recycled paper, any stock or color

Ink cartridges: 74 or 56

Foamboard

Frames

Prizes for raffles (we'll use these in our membership drive)

Services 

Donated print services

Donated t-shirt printing

Pro Bono Professional Services, especially fundraising, accounting, and event planners
