Kate Morales at "I'm on that Bike" billboard kick-off news conference

Kate Morales, Georgia State University student, community organizer and committed commuting cyclist who was injured when hit by a car earlier this year, awaits the start of the May 5 press conference kicking off National Bike Month and the latest billboard addition to the "I'm on that Bike" campaign, sponsored by ABC and the Governor's Office of Highway Safety.
